Does anyone know where to find good tasting wheat free foods for this kind of diet? And if you've tried it has it worked? Thanks.  |

Hi, You can buy wheat free foods at Wegmans or the Good Earth store on College Avenue, they both have a nice selection. Also their are websites like; www.GlutenSolutions.com if you don't mind shopping on line. They will send you a free catalog if you request one. I tried the diet with my son but he refused to eat the food and started losing a lot of weight so I gave it up. Some people say it's the only way to go... Good Luck. |
